He looks like a skeleton.

Awesomeness.

Try and work on the, uhh, "skininess"? of it.
Try and add a bit more skin into it, they aren't anorexic.

I just recently bought a cintiq. All the recent pics from Rocket Paper to present have been done on that in PSCS3. I use one of the basic brushes with a few modifications and ink freehand.
