After reading ahead and looking back, I now realize her head positioning and location in the corner really convey she was thrown by an explosion! At first, I thought she had re-spawned after being killed. The second panel reminds me that noses are just as important as the the eyes and mouth to show emotion. Thanks professor. I love storytelling and I want to learn how to create comics as a hobby.
and that's why she's lying in a pool of blood. Though I do admit, If you survived a spy attack, either you're really resillient, or he was trying to sap you instead of stab you. maybe I'm just underestimating you/and am also an incompetant spy who may actually do that.
TF2+comic=all sortsa win. i love the different angles of the same pose. her expression in the first panel is awesome... (ive been reading manga all day so i read it backwards and was all kinds of confused...lol!) im so excited for the rest of this. i hope she fucks that spy's day!
Wonderful composition and flow. I love how you began with an alarm clock like noise and make the reader assume that it's a simple waking up sequence and then turn our expectations over subtly with the blood smear in the second panel, and now this panel. I am very interested to see where this goes next. Hmmm, and what is that beeping noise and where is that 'goddamn' spy?
