Name: Unknown Gender: Male Age: Unknown, mid-20's.
Time of Death: Between 5:00 to 5:30 Cause of Death: Massive blood loss from the rectum
Remarks: Multiple non-fatal wounds, possibly from a serrated metal object.
Submitted by "Medic", field physician for RED
This morning, the subject, "Pyro", had been found dead in the RED locker room. Time of death has been established as yesterday, between 5:00 to 5:30.
The evening prior to the discovery, the subject was seen inappropriately touching the RED team Medic, allegedly "Spy checking", despite the fact that it was abundantly clear that the person in question, was not a Spy.
The body was found bent over one of the benches, wearing an asbestos-lined fireproof suit and a charcoal filter mask. On the body were several deep, but non-fatal wounds from a serrated metal object. A large hypodermic needle was found thrust deep into the anus of the subject.
The cause of death was massive blood loss due to the insertion of the hypodermic needle into the rectum, which tore open several vital arteries located within. The subject slowly, and very painfully, bled to death.
In addition several photographs of the subject dying were found on the bulletin board in the RED locker room. Also attached was this autopsy report.
As there is no evidence of the involvement of another party in this matter, I request that this case be closed, as this is clearly a suicide.
